Scotland has always had a knack for producing some pretty fantastic bands, take the likes of Twin Atlantic, Biffy Clyro and of course, The View. Formed in 2005, The View have been churning out records that mishmash a few genres together, though while staying almost true to indie, for over a decade and their latest offering Ropewalk (2015) has seen them bounce endlessly around the country playing in some of the most intimate and incredible live venues we have to offer. That includes the University Foundry in Sheffield, with neon lights in tow an eclectic show of talent is what fans were subject to and we headed down to witness it all.
